Teaching—
I see the classroom as a giant possibility space for learning, exploration, and imaginative provocation. Most of my teaching is centered within design studios where we explore how design and imagination can be applied to enduring and elusive challenges. The best way to impart this work of the imagination is through active engagement in the work itself, with input and critique.
I teach life-centered design and futures and speculative design focused studios, and have taught design research, design methodologies, and design studio capstone classes.
